The exciting extra-inning contest where the Dodgers overcome the Toronto Blue Jays 5-4 attracted a total over 50 million viewers in the US, Canada, and Japan markets. MLB stated this represents the highest-rated Fall Classic Game 7 after the 1991 edition contest featuring the Minnesota Twins and Atlanta Braves.

It also stands as the top-rated World Series matchup since the 2017 edition final game between the Los Angeles Dodgers and Houston Astros, which averaged 29.07 million. This marks a 16% improvement compared to the last finale featuring the Washington Nationals and Astros, which attracted 23.19 million viewers.
In the weekly rankings, the sixth game placed 4th, the fourth game was seventh, Game 5 came in 8th, and the third game finished in 13th place.
